As you know, we are quickly approaching our 65th South Central Province Council Meeting, which will be held April 22-25, 2010 in Nashville Tennessee. Please find the registration packets linked here (65th SCP Registration Booklet, 65th SCP Registration Packet, 65th SCP Achievement Award Petitions) for your review and to circulate to all Brothers. Nashville Alumni, Hendersonville Alumni, Alpha Theta, Kappa and Nu Rho are the Host Chapters and they are planning a great council meeting for you. Our Senior Grand Vice Polemarch Randy Bates and Junior Grand Vice Polemarch Kristopher Smith will be our special guest.
The Sheraton Music City Hotel has provided us a rate of $109.00 for those who in attendance. A limited number of rooms have been blocked under the name of “Kappa Alpha Psi”. The hotel address is 777 McGavock Pike, Nashville TN 37214. Hotel Phone number is (888) 627-7060. The special room rate will be available until April 2nd or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. The Sheraton Music City Hotel will not extend the special rate past the cut-off date.

The following actions require your immediate attention:
· Review the attached packets in their entirety
· Encourage other Brothers to attend the province council and complete early registration (April 2nd
· Reserve your hotel reservation NOW and no later than April 2nd
· Complete and submit your check for registration to our Province Exchequer “ASAP” payable to Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
· Have your chapter submit a page to the Souvenir Program by April 2nd
In order for a chapter to be in good standing and have voting privileges during the upcoming Province and Grand Chapter Meeting, the following would have to be indicated in each chapter record:
· Complete registration for the 65th Province Council Meeting
· Insurance Code = I2010
· Last years Officers Report = 2009
· Last Grand Chapter meeting = 2009
· Chapter Status = Active
· (Undergraduate Chapters Only) End of Semester GPA – Fall 2009 – x.xxx/Cumulative – x.xxx
